JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Therapeutic Activities program.
- Manage the department’s daily workload. Ensure appropriate and scheduled activities are implemented. Supervises assigned residents and implements developmentally appropriate therapeutic activities to enhance medical and therapy goals based on an assessment and reassessment.
- Implements special events for residents and their families.
- Provides socially and culturally age-appropriate activity programming in accordance with resident’s plan of care.
