The Sun Shines On… Facilities Management

Doug Failla and his topnotch crew: Freddy, Erick, Anthony and Daniel make up our Sunshine Facilities Management team. Under Doug’s leadership, the facilities team consistently delivers on their responsibilities for the day-to-day upkeep of our buildings and grounds, including the planning, organizing, and monitoring of all facility operations. There is no job too small or too big for this team! They ensure that the building structures are intact, the grounds are safe and barrier free, and that our custodial services maintain the utmost cleanliness and keep everything tidy. Their work at Sunshine is always completed in an efficient, effective, and timely manner. Whether they are repairing furniture, waxing floors, customizing our kid-friendly outdoor spaces, moving furniture for party events, or plowing snow — they continually deliver superior service. This team takes great pride in their efforts, and this spotlight is intended to highlight their work with great appreciation. Says Doug, “I am so fortunate to have such a solid team to work with.
