Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special needs? Sunshine Children’s Home is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Health Coordinator to support our Social Work Department in a variety of non-clinical functions.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Social Work Department.
Assist with pre- and post-Admission processes, including communication and documentation with families and referral sources.
Build and maintain collegial relationships with referral resources to facilitate admissions.
Maintain and update the active referrals database.
Support QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) projects.
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
