Sunshine Children’s Home and Rehab Center is a 122-bed pediatric post-acute care facility dedicated to providing specialized, compassionate care to children with complex medical needs. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Educator to join our team and support the professional development of our nursing staff.
Position Summary: The Clinical Educator will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering education and training programs to ensure our nursing team is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide high-quality care to our medically fragile pediatric population. This role will serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and leader in promoting best practices and excellence in clinical care.
Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
